REBUILDING OF LAUREL MARSH OSPREY NEST PLATFORM - FEBRUARY 6, 2016

On February 26, 2016. 5 members of the Manchester Hockanum River Linear Park Committee rebuilt the top surface of the osprey nest situated on the Laurel Marsh Trail. The members were: Steve Sandberg, Bob Kane, Jon Mercier, Tom St.Laurent, and Jim Powell, along with photographer Jeff Feldmann. As you'll see in the photos, while this is a "normal" part of trail maintenance work along the Hockanum, it was a particularly beautiful day, following a snowstorm that left a picturesque landscape all along the trail.
