Luc St.Pierre was a beloved member of the Manchester Hockanum River Linear Park Committee. He was known for his hearty laugh, ready wit, and for the dedication he showed in helping maintain Manchester's Hockanum River trails.

Luc passed away in 2006. In November, 2008 a bench was dedicated to his memory, on one of the trails near where he and his wife made their home.
